Consultations
If you are interested in building a DADU or ADU a consultation is a great place to start, rather you currently own your own property or plan to purchase land. In the session we will discuss water, sewer, and electrical feasibilities for current project, .review elevation changes per site, and provide a general overview of what to expect with a DADU/ADU build and timeline. When booking the consultation we will require a little information up front, such as site address, so we can come prepared to the session educated on what is possible with your property, in order to best use the time we spend with you during the consultation. - $250 per hour
General Contractor
Complete DADU and ADU build service. This service will manage subs, timeline, and materials, providing the home owner to be hands off. - Consultation required first and then estimated price given once project scope is discussed. - Price based on availability and feasibility of project.
In Person Site Visit
Walk through the site with us while we explain in person all the ins and outs of building on your lot or potential property. Initial feasibility consultation required prior to site visit. - $400-500 per visit feasibility
